Curious. Resilient. Proactive. Three words to capture my career to date.

Now back in the UK, I’m at my best when I: channel my love for Psychology - digging into behavioural science, elevate teams through my energetic spirit & create long-lasting partnerships.

Curiosity seeps into every challenge I take on - underpinned by my background in Psychology. Fulfilment for me is translating complex challenges into insight-led creative and communication strategies. Then, working in partnership with clients to drive impact.

Resilience keeps me on my toes. Starting my career in the highly regulated world of med-comms, working alongside the likes of AstraZeneca & Roche required more than just strategic thinking - it required intellectual grit. I spent my nights mastering the clinical language of specialists so that I could lead the room in the day.

After proving my mettle in the complex, keen to fulfil my strategic heart further, I moved to Vancouver to join Rethink - fresh off their 2024 Independent Agency of the Year win at Cannes. Tuning into my proactive spirit, I sought out a strategy mentorship to sharpen my expertise and challenge my thinking. Their promise, 'Here you’ll do the best work of your career,' couldn’t have rung truer. My time there proved to be one of the most rewarding periods of my career.
